Learning Flash is a lot of hard work, even if you know how to animate, you also need to learn how to draw, which is very time consuming, if you honestly want to make good flashes like Tom Fulp etc, you'll need to devote a large amount of time and effort towards developing your skills. Also flash is about $1000 so you need cash too. My advice? Don't learn Flash, just f*cking give up because it's not something you can just pick up and learn, it takes years of practice before you even get a LITTLE good. Seriously don't
